Bike Bash WV 2023 Expo Pricing

Join the fun as a vendor and let your customers demo the latest bike technology, get up close and personal with new products, or if they’re curious – try an electric mountain bike. The technical trails will provide your customers with a challenge and will give them a true sense of how your product performs. Unlike many mountain bike festivals, class 1 pedal assist ebikes are allowed on the trails at this event.

The July timing has been perfect to draw a crowd of eager vacation travelers and families. We’re expecting 800+ attendees in 2023 based off of our success in 2022 – we hosted attendees from 17 different states. Expo hours are: Friday – Noon until 6:00pm, Saturday – 10:00am until 6:00pm, and Sunday – 10:00am until 3:00pm.

Our venue is ideally located to offer your staff the opportunity to visit local dealers, with Pittsburgh 1.5hrs away and 3hrs to Baltimore & Washington, D.C.

The Expo, camping, and activities for Bike Bash WV are all in the same area, which makes it easy for attendees to visit your booth (check out the Google Map above). Your staff will love our venue because it is easy to access, there is flat ground, direct access to trails, camping and showers onsite, we offer a bike wash, and we allow early arrival and late departure.

Booth Pricing (limited spaces available)

Large Demo Space – 20′ x 40′ for $1,250 – includes 6 vendor passes & camping. Need more space? Add $200 for each additional 10′ wide x 20′ deep extension.

Standard Demo Space – 20′ x 30′ for $850 – includes 4 vendor passes & camping

Small Demo Space – 20′ x 20′ for $600 – includes 3 vendor passes & camping

Large Retail Space – 10′ x 20′ for $450 – includes 2 vendor passes & camping

Small Retail Space – 10′ x 10′ for $300 – includes 2 vendor passes & camping

Non Profit Space – 10′ x 10′ for FREE – includes 2 vendor passes & camping (very limited quantity available, contact us if interested)

*Any vehicles that are part of your display must fit within the square footage of your purchased space. Vehicles cannot be parked behind any of the 10′ deep spaces.

*Extra passes for staff will cost $50/each.

*Expo pricing does not include tax, taxes will be added to the invoice.

*Please be ready to provide proof of insurance with the property owners listed as additionally insured for the dates of the event.

*Come early / stay late – we’ll allow you to show up on Wednesday before the event and leave as late as Monday. All expo vendors must be set up by 10:00am on Friday, July 15.
