About Bike Bash WV!
Bike Bash WV 2022 was a huge success and will be happening again in 2023. The 2023 event will take place over the July 14-16 weekend. This event was formerly known as Dirt Rag Dirt Fest, WV. Bike Bash WV 2022, in its third year under new ownership, attracted over 800 attendees and we expect the event to grow in 2023.
The Big Bear Lake Trail Center team has leveraged their turn-key infrastructure and 20+ years of event promotion experience to offer one of the premiere east coast mountain bike festival events. We are looking forward to another awesome festival weekend in 2023.
The event features an amazing trail-network, skills clinics, a product and social expo, food, campfires, group rides, shuttle service, bands, family-friendly activities, and FUN. The expo will offer bike and gear demos and product sampling opportunities, as well as, a social expo where trail advocacy groups and non-profits can talk about their work. Attendees can expect a welcoming vibe true to Wild Wonderful West Virginia with trails that will provide thrills for all skill levels and views that can’t be beat.
Check out the 2022 Schedule of Events. We expect to offer a similar schedule in 2023.
Join the fun as a vendor and let your customers demo the latest bike technology, get up close and personal with new products, or if they’re curious – try an electric mountain bike. The technical trails will provide your customers with a challenge and will give them a true sense of how your product performs. Unlike many mountain bike festivals, class 1 pedal assist e-bikes are allowed on the trails at this event.
The July timing has been perfect to draw a crowd of eager vacation travelers and families.
Our venue is ideally located to draw large crowds and offer your demo drivers the opportunity to visit local dealers, with Pittsburgh 1.5hrs away and 3hrs to Baltimore & Washington, D.C.
